1. The resort rules determine the terms of service provision by the accommodation center.

Responsibility and staying on the premises in all its facilities and spaces, including the accommodation facility, are an integral part of the agreement, which is reached by: the guest signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or payment of a deposit, advance payment, partial or full payment for the stay or use of services in the center. By performing the above actions, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the regulations on behalf of themselves and accompanying persons staying in the center.

2. The holiday resort (Center) as a whole comprises a group of buildings with accommodations, including 9 apartments in 5 separate buildings, a sauna, and gazebos on the premises.

3. The rules apply to all guests staying on the resort's premises.

4. The resort operates year-round and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

7. The caretaker of the Guest, advisor, and provider of all information related to the stay is the owner of the resort.

In case of complaints regarding the quality of services rendered, the Guest is requested to report them by phone as quickly as possible, enabling an immediate response and ensuring the highest quality of services.

9. The resort is obligated to provide:

  • Suitable conditions for the full and unrestricted stay of the Guest.
  • A comfortable stay, including ensuring the confidentiality of Guest information unless authorized by state authorities to provide data on individuals staying in the hotel.
  • Polite service concerning the service provided at the resort.
  • Performing necessary repairs of devices in the Guest's absence, and in their presence only with consent or request.

10. Apartments are rented on a per-day basis.

11. The hotel day begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 the next day, unless individual agreements or arrangements with the resort state otherwise.

12. Extending the hotel day or occupying a hotel room without agreement for up to 2 hours is treated as half a hotel day. The Guest will be obligated to cover half the price for a full day. Beyond 2 hours, it is considered renting an apartment for a full hotel day and will be charged according to the current price list for apartment rentals per full day, unless the resort establishes individual terms with the Guest for extending the day.

13. Requests for extending the stay beyond the indicated period on the day of arrival should be reported at the Reception by 19:00 the day before the end of the stay.

14. The resort will consider requests for extending the stay based on availability and existing possibilities.

15. The resort reserves the right to refuse extension of the Guest's stay in case of failure to make full payment for the current stay beforehand or non-compliance with the regulations.

16. All Guests and accompanying persons are subject to registration requirements. Registration requires presenting identification with a photo to the resort staff and signing the accommodation registration card.

17. Unregistered individuals are not allowed to stay on the resort premises.

18. The guest cannot transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the period for which they paid the appropriate stay fee has not elapsed.

19. The facility may refuse to admit or further provide services to a guest who has not settled the due fees during their stay, substantially violated the regulations causing damage to the hotel property or other guests, caused harm to other guests or employees of the facility, or disrupted the stay of other guests or the functioning of the facility.

20. The guest should report any damages immediately upon their discovery. The facility reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairing the caused damages after their departure.

21. Valuables should not be kept by the guest in the apartments when they are not present. The facility is not responsible for damage, destruction, or loss.

22. The facility is not liable for damage or loss of the guest's car or other vehicle left on the premises, as well as the belongings in it. All parking lots in the facility are free and unsupervised.

23. The guest's early departure due to reasons beyond the facility's control (guest's illness or illness of accompanying persons staying in the hotel, illness of a family member staying elsewhere than the facility, other random incidents concerning the guest, forcing them to leave earlier) does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused services.

24. The guest is not allowed to make any changes in the apartments and their equipment, except for minor furniture rearrangement that does not affect their functionality and safety of use.

25. Dangerous items, especially weapons, ammunition, flammable or illuminating materials, etc., must not be stored in the apartments.

Due to fire safety, the use of open flames such as candles and electric or heating devices not constituting room equipment (e.g., heaters, irons, portable radiators) is prohibited in the apartments. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for electronic devices, mobile phones, portable computers (laptops, tablets).

28. Excessive noise, causing unpleasant odors, or engaging in activities that disturb, harm, or irritate other guests is prohibited on the facility’s premises.

29. Quiet hours are observed in the facility from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day.

30. The behavior of the guest and individuals using accommodation services should not disrupt the peaceful stay of other guests and the facility's functioning. The hotel may refuse further provision of hotel services to a person who violates this rule, especially if they cause disturbances, show verbal or physical aggression, are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or in any other way violate the regulations. The facility may remove such individuals from the premises without refunding the costs resulting from the shortened stay. The guest violating this rule should be informed about the possible consequences of further non-compliance with the regulations. The same applies to the guest's behavior that violates generally accepted social norms.

31. The common areas of the facility may be monitored using cameras to ensure the safety of individuals and property within the monitored area.

32. Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartments.

33. Each time leaving the apartment, the Guest should turn off the TV, switch off the lights, shut off the water taps, and close the windows.

34. The Guest is responsible, both financially and legally, for any kind of damage, destruction, pollution, or missing equipment in the apartments or anywhere else on the premises of the Resort, caused by them or by persons accompanying or visiting them, or due to the fault of children under their care. The Guest shall compensate for the damage caused by paying a monetary penalty (contractual penalty).

35. The hotel allows pets to stay in the apartments for an additional fee.

36. The owner or caretaker of an animal staying on the Resort premises is obligated to keep it on a leash and clean up any mess left by the animal.

37. The Resort is not liable for the behavior and damages caused by the Guest towards other guests, individuals, or entities staying at the resort.

38. Personal items left by the departing Guest at the resort will be sent at the Guest's expense to the address specified by the Guest. In the absence of such instructions, the Resort will keep these items for 2 months (food items and personal hygiene products will be kept for 24 hours), and after this period, they will become the property of the Hotel or will be disposed of/destroyed or donated to charitable or public use.

39. The Guest consents to the processing of their personal data by the Resort for registration purposes and other necessary requirements for the Guest's stay, marketing purposes, and agrees to have their data placed in the Hotel's database. The Guest also agrees to receive commercial information regarding the Hotel's current offers, in accordance with personal data protection regulations. The Guest has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

40. Severability clause: This regulation has been prepared with due diligence, taking into account the applicable legal provisions. If any provision of this regulation is found by the competent authority to be inconsistent with the applicable legal provisions and therefore void, it shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the regulation. In place of the invalid provision, a provision will be introduced that is closest to the intentions and economic purposes of the invalid provision, while being consistent with the applicable legal provisions.
